The Hollywood Trainer, LLC will terminate a members account immediately for Posting Socially Unacceptable Messages and Messages that contain the following;

Payment/Billing Terms:

If you subscribed through The Hollywood Trainer Club Website - www.thehollywoodtrainerclub.com

Yearly Subscriptions: Your payment will auto-renew on your anniversary date.Yearly subscriptions are offered at a discounted rate and no refunds, partial refunds or credits are available.You may cancel your subscription any time and you will have access to The Hollywood Trainer Club through the end of your billing period.

To avoid annual auto renew cancel 7 days prior to your anniversary date. For Example, if you signed up January 1, 2020 cancel your subscription on December 17, 2020 to avoid annual auto-renew. Canceled Subscriptions: Your account will close at the end of your current billing period and any personal information that was stored in your account will be removed.

Insufficient Funds: he Hollywood Trainer Club reserves the right to close your account if your billing method is declined.

You can change your billing method under “ Your Account”. Go to Homepage - Go to the upper right side beside your photo and click the pink arrow - Select Your Account. Scroll down page to Billing and click - Change Billing Method.

To Cancel -Go to Homepage - Go to the upper right side, beside your photo and click the pink arrow - Select Your Account. Scroll down page to Billing and click - Want to cancel your subscription?.

Monthly Subscriptions:

Your credit card will be billed monthly, this is a monthly auto payment and the payment will process on your anniversary date. Your anniversary date is the day you joined The Hollywood Trainer Club or an applicable day depending on the month. For Example, if you joined January 31st, 2022 you will be billed February 29th, 2022. Monthly Subscriptions may be canceled at any time. Submit a cancellation request 7 days prior to your next monthly billing period to avoid the monthly auto payment. After you cancel your membership you will continue to have access to The Hollywood Trainer Club through the end of your current monthly billing period and your auto payment will cease. Refunds, partial monthly refunds or credits are not available.

Canceled Subscriptions: Your account will close at the end of your current billing period and any personal information that was stored in your account will be removed.

Insufficient Funds: The Hollywood Trainer Club reserves the right to close your account if your billing method is declined.

If you subscribed to Jeanette Jenkins Healthy Living Club Mobile Application:

Where you have subscribed for the Platform through an app store, the cancellation and refund of subscription fees will be governed by the applicable terms and conditions of that app store.

Membership Cancelation: If you subscribed through The Hollywood Trainer Club Website - www.thehollywoodtrainerclub.com

You are solely responsible for the cancellation of your subscription. Automatic payments will continue until you have successfully canceled your subscription

Memberships/Subscriptions can be canceled in one of three ways:

1. Log into The Hollywood Trainer Club go to “Your Account” select ”Billing” and click “ Want to Cancel Your Subscription?” And follow the prompts.


2. Send an email to customerservice@thehollywoodtrainer.com include the email and alias/ username associated with your account. It is your responsibility to provide the correct email address and username associated with the subscription you wish to cancel. The Hollywood Trainer Club and its Employees are not responsible to locate your username and email address.


3. Go to www.thehollywoodtrainerclub.com click Contact Us at the bottom of the website and include the email address and alias/username associated with your account. It is your responsibility to provide the correct email address and username associated with the subscription you wish to cancel. The Hollywood Trainer Club and its Employees are not responsible to locate your username and email address.
   
   All cancelations must be received 7 days prior to your anniversary date or subscription renewal date. If you cancel your membership during a billing period you will not be entitled to a refunded for any portion of that billing period. The Hollywood Trainer, LLC reserves the rights to collect any fees incurred before your cancellation takes effect.
   
   Cancellations will become effective at the end of the current billing period. Your membership/subscription will terminate at the end of the current billing period. All related files associated with your account will be deactivated.

Your subscription and auto payment will continue until your subscription is canceled by you in accordance with the cancellation section of this agreement. You will be responsible for ANY and ALL subscription fees until you cancel your subscription.

Even if you do not use or access The Hollywood Trainer Healthy Living Club. You are responsible for all subscription fees until you cancel your subscription. You alone are solely responsible for all subscription payments until you cancel your subscription.You may, at any time, request a cancellation and that cancellation will take effect at the end of your current subscription period (billing period) and you will not receive a refund.

Membership Cancellation: If you purchased your membership to Jeanette Jenkins Healthy Living Club through App Store:

If you have subscribed for Jeanette Jenkins Healthy Living Club Mobile Application through an app store, the cancellation and refund of subscription fees will be governed by the applicable terms and conditions of that app store.

Free Trial Period:

We may provide a free trial subscription for a fixed period of time, as determined by “The Hollywood Trainer, LLC”   in its sole discretion. Free trials are only available to new members , and “The Hollywood Trainer, LLC” has the right to cancel any trial subscription immediately if we become aware that the subscriber has already had a trial subscription on a different User Account or using a different email address. Furthermore, any attempts to register for a further free trial on the same User Account or using the same email address may result in you being charged for the applicable subscription fees.

Free Trial Billing Terms:

After the free trial period, your subscription will renew automatically at the subscription price offered at the time of registration unless you cancel the subscription 24-hours prior to the end of the free trial period. If you have subscribed for Jeanette Jenkins Healthy Living Club Mobile Application through an app store, the cancellation and refund of subscription fees will be governed by the applicable terms and conditions of that app store.

Your privacy is important to us. We do not share your personal information with other services, clubs, organizations, or companies. If at any time we feel the need to share your stories or personal information we will only do so with your written consent.
