Just completed the 45min Bodyweight Blitz Cardio & Strength and
WOW! What an awesome workout! I've been trying hard to complete
some workouts during lunch while I work at home and today's was
killer -- over 500 calories!

Love this club! Joined a few years ago, then after the pandemic
went back to the gym, it was not for me anymore. Then tried a few
other fitness apps and nothing compared to Jeanette's classes and
love Jeanette and her sister, omg you guys are so cute. Going to
follow the today's workouts. Was so happy with all the new
workouts added since I left amazing and can't wait to get going.

My abs are burning so bad. I can't believe I just put myself
through an hour of core work...lol. But Jeanette made it fun!
Loving this challenge and feeling the burn full body is the best
feeling. I went to try on a bikini today and I love how my body
